The title of the movie: jinrui-hokan-keikaku (じんるいほかんけいかく)
Means literally the japanese words: "humanity" + "preservation" + "project."
I have translated the title to: "The Human Salvation Project"
The title is a spoof on the "Human Instrumentality project," which appears in the original anime series of Neon Geniuses Evangelion.

The lines marked with a "*" are lines I have had trouble translating.

The copy of the movie that I own is a .mpg VCD rip that has Chinese subs.
I know a good amount of japanese but I cannot read enough Kanji (Chinese characters) to disern meaning from the subtitles. Most of the movie has been translated by listening to the speech only, without aid of the subtitles.

This Translation is based on time because of the format in which it was created.
